Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email or our website portal within 7 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place the jewellery in its original branded box along with the invoice and all authenticity certificates to ensure it is protected during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Send the package to our quality assessment center using a trackable shipping service; please ensure the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our artisans verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
